You will always be a child

One of my Favorite Song, hope you like it too.
The Warrior is a ChildBy, Garry V.Lately I've been winning battles left and right
But even winners can get wounded in the fight
People say that I'm amazingStrong beyond my years
But they don't see inside of meI'm hiding all the tears
(Chorus)
They don't know that I go running home when I fall down
They don't know who picks me up when no one is around
I drop my sword and cry for just a while
'Cause deep inside this ArmourThe warrior is a childUnafraid because his Armour is the best
But even soldiers need a quiet place to rest
People say that I'm amazing never face retreat
But they don't see the enemies
That lay me at His feet
Chorus x2
I drop my sword and look up for His smile
Because deep inside this Armour
Deep inside this Armour
Deep inside this ArmourThe Warrior is a Child

Nine words women use

1.) Fine: This is the word women use to end an argument when they are right
And you need to shut up.
2.) Five Minutes: If she is getting dressed, this means a half an hour.
Five minutes is only five minutes if you have just been given five more
Minutes to watch the game before helping around the house.
3.) Nothing: This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and
You should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in fine.
4.) Go ahead: This is a dare, not permission. Don't Do It!
5.) Loud Sigh: This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often
Misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and
Wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about
Nothing. (Refer back to #3 for the meaning of nothing.)
6.) That’s okay: This is one of the most dangerous statements a woman can
Make to a man. That's okay means she wants to think long and hard before
Deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.
7.) Thanks: A woman is thanking you, do not question, or Faint. Just say
You’re welcome.
8.) Whatever: Is a women's way of politely swearing at you.
9.) Don't worry about it, I'll do it: Another dangerous statement, meaning
This is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is
Now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking 'What's wrong?' For the woman's response refer to #3. Then you RUN!

Fried Eggs

Fried Eggs
This simple method produces an egg similar to one cooed over easy, but you don’t need to flip it and you use less fat.
Start to Finish: 10 minutes Makes: 4 fried eggs
2 teaspoons butter, margarine, or nonstick cooking spray
4 eggs
1 to 2 teaspoons water
1. In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. (Or coat an unheated skillet with nonstick cooking spray before heating.) Break eggs into skillet. When whites are set, add water. Cover skillet and cook eggs for 3 to 4 minutes or until yolks begin to thicken but are not hard.

Deviled Eggs

Italian-Style Deviled Eggs: Prepare as above, except omit mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar. Stir ¼ cup bottled creamy Italian salad dressing and 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese into mashed yolks; mix well.
Greek-Style Deviled Eggs: Prepare as above, except fold 2 tablespoons feta cheese, 1 table-spoon finely chopped pitted kalamata olives or other pitted ripe olives, and 2 teaspoons snipped fresh oregano into yolk mixture. If desired, season with black pepper.

Young Coconut

Our house in the Philippines is surrounded with coconut tree. When I was in high school I ate young coconut fruit for almost everyday, but when I went to college there’s no much coconut tree there, and if there’s coconut there that tree is not ours, I just ate young coconut during when vacations. But now it’s sadder, since I arrived here in USA I never taste any you coconut fruit, so sad!!! I miss young coconut so much.

The Many Ways

Every breath of air, every drop of water declares that God is good and that each has a part to play in His plan.No part of nature exists to itself. A stream could not become a river without each tiny drop of rain. And, in turn, the great oceans provide the earth with refreshing rain. That which ensures the well being of every creature, including men and women, are the predictable cycles of nature Providence has ordained-each member living and giving for the other.

Place.

I used to spend my time in this place, especially during afternoon time. Sometimes its not easy to adjust for a new place, your going to miss your family, friends, and other things that you loved to have or to eat or to go always. Am almost 4 months here in North Carolina already and am still in adjusting moment for the place, for my husband, the food, the language, and my husband’s family and friends. I know God is with me always he help me to be fine one day.

Reading for the day

Don't ever try to argue with the Devil. He's better at arguing that you are, having had thousands of years to practice.
Realize your vulnerability
God warns us never to get cocky and overconfident; that is the recipe for disaster. Jeremiah said, “The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure.” That means we are good at fooling ourselves. Given the right circumstances, any of us are capable of any sin. We must never let own our guard and think we’re beyond temptation.
Don’t carelessly place yourself in temping situations. Avoid them. Remember that it is easier to stay out of temptation than to get out of it. The Bible says, “Don’t be so naïve and self=confident. You’re exempt. You could fall flat on your face as easily as anyone else. Forget about self-confidence, it’s useless. Cultivate God-confidence.”
From the book of T.P.D.L

Practice for Driving

I already got my learners permit for driving almost a month already, but I did not practice to drive yet, because I don’t like to drive, it activate my nervous. Yesterday I tried to practice we went to Blue Ridge Parkway. I want to practice there because there’s no much traffic especially late afternoon. That was a rough ride practice it makes my headache, and my husband got a muscle pain… my goodness seems I don’t like to go for practice again.

My New

I wished to have new guitar since I was in high school, but my parents cannot buy for me. They just said we major things to focus for our money.
One day my husband and me went to Wall-Mart to buy gift for Dawson for his birthday, I saw guitars there, so I said to my husband that am wishing to a have guitar. We didn’t but guitar that day right away but we bought a guitar a week after that day.
So this is my new guitar this is more quality than the one that I wanted in Wall-Mart. Thanks for my husband he is good to me always.

Message for the day.

We don’t see things as they are,
we see them as we are.

I got this message from the book The Purpose Driven Life
By Rick Warren

The way you see your life shapes your life.
How your define life determines your destiny. Your perspective will influence how you invest your time, spent your money, use your talents, and value your relationships.
One of the best ways to understand other people is to ask them, “How do your see your life?” Your will discover that there are as many different answers to that question as there are people.
Character is both developed and revealed by tests, and all of life is a test.

Thoughts

One of my favorite thoughts in my card collections.
The pleasure of your company is too nice to forget...
The special times we used to share are missed a lot, and yet,
So often those good memories
comeback to bring a smile
And make it seem as if we were together for a while...

I love this week!!

I love this week!! You know why? Because only my husband and I in the house only no Kids!! I love kids but sometimes it makes me too tired watching them, and most of all I am tired to clean the house, they make mess every where around the house. May be I will be fine if those kids are mine or the parents pay me, but not!! Anyway everything is fine for me because they will just left their kids for 2 hours or half day sometimes only, and they are not too young, they can manage themselves already too.Sometimes when my husband and his brother work our goats fence and his wife is working in the hospital, then no one will watch to their kids so I will be one to watch their one year old and two years old kids, since the parents are working.

Self-inflicted Suffering

I read Ellen G White book this morning and I wanted to share it with you what I have read.
The human family has brought upon themselves diseases of various forms by their own wrong habits. They have not studied how to live healthfully, and their transgression of the laws of their being has produced a deplorable state of things. They have indulged in intemperance in eating, and made a god of their appetite. In all their habits they have manifested recklessness in regard to health and life; and when, as the result, sickness has come upon them they have made themselves believe that God was the author or it, when their own wrong course of action has brought the sure result.

Step Mother

Being a step Mom

Sometimes its nice to be a mom in the house or shall we say its nice to try to be a mom even the kid is not yours. But sometimes those kids who you tried to love to be are not worthy of your efforts.
I like my stepson he is a smart and good kid, but sometimes he irritate me the way he deal with his behavior. Sometimes he so demanding and it makes me mad and sometimes he so nice and its makes me happy too. Maybe the problem is in me, I need more time to be patient and understand with him.
Maybe I can understand what really kids are when I have my own kid, on how to be a considerate mom. Because seems I am not considerate with him, every time he make negative thing it makes me mad.
