I got blood on my urine

I have ever tried to have Urinary track infection or Kidney trouble? I felt like I have either one of them. It's one week already that I spend for a long time in the bathroom just to pee, its really painful every time I pee. The doctor said yesterday seems there's a blood in my urine but he is not sure about the result yet, he sent it to the laboratory and the test result will show at the end of week. This morning I got blood on my urine, I am really concern about it, whats wrong inside my tummy. My husband called the doctor today again and they scheduled me to go back there gain for an x-ray.
